Are you ready for some breadtastic pre-Christmas spirit? In a 10 hour workshop we’ll bake us through delicious bread creations for Christmas, we’ll make Ciabatta, the best companions for your New Year’s party buffet and last but not least: We’ll climb the Mount Everest of Baking – Original Italian Panettone!
As always, we’ll bake 100% commercial yeast-free and work exclusively with sourdough, Italian Pasta Madre (Lievito Madre) and selfmade wild yeastwater, made of fruits, veggies and herbs.
You’ll be also served with all guidelines and a huge package of hints & tipps for a successful and easy homebaking with fun.
Have you ever kneaded your dough just with hands? Let me show you in our workshop how easy it is to work with “limited” equipment.
