Yeastwater Power & The magic of sourdough: Summer edition!
After a great winter kickoff at Miele’s Experience Center in Vienna, we’ll continue with a big summer dedicated special:
Join me for a best of barbecue companions: light and airy summer breads, different kind of ciabattas, rolls and buns and more surprises!
Everything will be baked without commercial yeast: we’ll work exclusively with self-made wild yeastwater and sourdough.
You’ll be served with all guidelines and a huge package of hints & tipps for a successful and easy homebaking with fun.
This workshop is both for bread-baking newbies and advanced open crumb hunters.
Have you ever kneaded your dough just with hands? Let me show you in our workshop how easy it is to work with “limited” equipment.
