#brotokoll pure! Next station of #brotokoll On Tour 19 – was again Miele’s Experience Center in Vienna. 16th of February was showtime for Yeastwater-Power & Sourdough Magic.
Within 8 hours in a fully sold out workshop we baked us straight through #brotokoll. 100% yeast-free, as we were perfectly forearmed by Didi, Dani, Vanessa and Francesco (not my yeast-musketeers but my sourdough heroes).
Roggabilly Circus, Wilde Emma, Sweet Dreams (with chocolate sourdough) and exclusive brandnew creations: Agata La Patata, “The Hybrid” and “Don Panino” were part of this full day baking workshop.
It was an absolutely fantastic day – a big thank you to everyone who was part of this great event! Can you imagine what it looks like when sourdough rookies as well as open crumb hunters are surfing together through the bread-world of #brotokoll? Check this out…
